What does MOQ mean?
MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. Our minimum order starts from just 5 of a product, making our wholesale range accessible to both new and established businesses.
Do the products come with my branding?
No. Our products are supplied unbranded and ready for you to add your own front branding, allowing them to fit seamlessly into your business.
Do I need to design my own labels?
You will need to provide your own front branding, such as a logo/business-name sticker. Any required product, safety or compliance information that we are responsible for supplying will be provided as appropriate for the product.
Can I sell the products under my own business name?
Yes. That's exactly what Made By Us Branded By You is designed for. You add your own branding to the products and retail them as part of your own collection.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our products are handmade in the UK in small batches rather than mass-produced.
Are your products vegan friendly and cruelty free?
Our ranges are developed using vegan-friendly and cruelty-free ingredients.
Can I choose my fragrances?
Yes. Each product listing will show the fragrances currently available for that particular product.
Can I mix fragrances within my MOQ?
No. Each minimum order quantity must be one fragrance. For example, if you order 5 candles, all 5 candles will need to be the same fragrance.
If you would like two different fragrances, you would need to order the minimum quantity of 5 in each fragrance.
What is the suggested retail price?
Where appropriate, we provide a Suggested RRP to give you an idea of the potential retail value of your products. This is a recommendation only you remain in control of your own retail pricing.
How long will my order take?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 7-10 working days.
As all of our products are handmade to order, turnaround times may vary depending on the size of your order. Larger orders may require a little additional production time.
We will always aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
